앱에서 바로 삭제하기 (권장)

1. Kayoo 앱을 열고 프로필 탭으로 이동합니다.
2. 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
3. 본인 확인을 거친 뒤 계정 삭제하기를 누르면 즉시 삭제됩니다. 본인 확인 방법은 가입한 방식에 따라 다릅니다 — 비밀번호가 있는 계정은 비밀번호를 입력하고, Google 로그인만 이용하는 계정은 Google 계정을 다시 선택하며, Apple 로그인만 이용하는 계정은 Apple 로그인 창으로 확인합니다(Apple 계정은 삭제와 함께 Apple 로그인 연결도 해지됩니다).

앱 없이 삭제 요청하기

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 가입한 이메일 주소로 jaein.yoo2019@gmail.com에 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 이내 처리합니다.

무엇이 삭제되나요?

• 즉시 삭제: 로그인 정보(이메일·비밀번호), 프로필(이름, 사진, 지역, 소개 등), 푸시 알림 토큰. 주최한 예정 모임은 취소되고, 참여 중이던 모임에서는 제외됩니다.
• 남을 수 있는 정보: 종료된 모임의 참여 기록, 이미 주고받은 채팅 메시지, 작성된 후기 — 다른 이용자의 기록이기도 하므로 유지됩니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 자료는 법정 기간 동안 보관 후 파기됩니다.

Delete your Kayoo account

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Kayoo and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm that it's you, then tap Delete account — deletion is immediate. How you confirm depends on how you signed up: accounts with a password type the password, Google-only accounts pick their Google account again, and Apple-only accounts confirm through the Sign in with Apple sheet (deleting an Apple-linked account also revokes its Sign in with Apple link).

Without the app

If you can't access the app, email jaein.yoo2019@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify and process it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Immediately deleted: your sign-in (email/password), profile (name, photo, area, bio…), and push tokens. Upcoming events you host are cancelled and you are removed from events you joined.
• What may remain: participation records of past events, chat messages you already sent, and reviews — they are part of other users' history. Records we must keep by law are retained for the statutory period only.
